About 5 years ago I was having problems with our hot water and called a local company called Mark Kaczala Plumbing & Heating. I needed a hot water heater and they fit me into their schedule. Over those 5 years I’ve had to call for a few other “problems” and Mark & John have always stepped up to get the job done. Having to call for issues is never something anyone wants to do but when I have need for plumbing and heating services Mark is the first and last call. Thank you for your exceptional service and professionalism.

This company did a great job. The person on the phone was very helpful and the appointment was set for a time of our choice. Our technician was John. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I showed him the 2 leaking items. The hot water tank was fine the water was from an overflow. It was just a valve that needed to be replaced. Could have told me I needed new tank and I would not have known the difference but I can tell that is not how these guys oppprate. He fixed everything in one visit and even made a change to water pressure for me becaus my wife was complaining. I will recommend and will use Mark Kaczala Plumbing and Heating all the time.
